Who Writes This Site

Every guide, service page, and pricing figure on OKGN Concrete Sealing is written by Mike Romer, the owner and operator. This isn't a content team writing about a trade someone else works in — Mike is the person on-site quoting the job, applying the sealer, and standing behind the 5-year written warranty. Nothing is published under a "Team" or generic byline.

How We Back Up What We Say

• Local climate data (freeze-thaw cycles, frost days, UV index, rainfall) is sourced from Environment Canada and the Climate Atlas of Canada and named on the page it appears on.
• Product performance claims about Pavix CCC-100 are attributed to the manufacturer's published technical data sheet, independent lab testing (e.g. Iowa State CP Tech Center), and named ASTM test standards — never invented figures.
• Pricing ranges shown on service pages reflect real, current Kelowna/Okanagan job pricing. Your exact price is always confirmed with a free, on-site assessment before any work starts.
• Reviews and testimonials: we do not publish fabricated or placeholder reviews, ratings, or project counts. Where we don't yet have verified reviews to show, we say so plainly instead of inventing them.

Updates and Corrections

Guide pages show a published date and, when meaningfully revised, an updated date. We correct errors as soon as we're aware of them — factual mistakes, outdated pricing, or a broken source link. We don't backdate or silently rewrite a page to look freshly updated without an actual change.
