Agreement to Terms

Services

OKGN Concrete Sealing provides professional concrete sealing services in the Okanagan region, including but not limited to:

  • Driveway sealing
  • Patio and walkway sealing
  • Pool deck sealing
  • Exposed aggregate sealing
  • Commercial concrete sealing

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if:

  • The scope of work changes
  • Additional repairs are needed
  • Site conditions differ from initial assessment

Any changes to the quoted price will be communicated and approved by you before work proceeds.

Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled date. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes.

Weather Conditions

Concrete sealing requires specific weather conditions for proper application and curing. We reserve the right to reschedule work if:

  • Rain is expected within 24-48 hours
  • Temperatures are below 10°C (50°F)
  • Other conditions that may affect sealer performance

Warranty

We provide a 5-year warranty on our sealing work against peeling and flaking under normal conditions. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper use (e.g., heavy equipment, chemical spills)
  • Pre-existing structural issues
  • Normal wear and traffic patterns
  • Damage from acts of nature

Maintenance Recommendations

To maintain your warranty and maximize the life of your sealer, we recommend:

  • Regular cleaning with mild soap and water
  • Avoiding harsh chemicals or de-icers
  • Promptly addressing any damage or cracks
  • Resealing every 2-3 years as recommended

Limitation of Liability

OKGN Concrete Sealing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
